I had a really enjoyable evening at the Al Thuraya Astronomy Centre this evening. I met some really friendly staff and guests. I was able to see Saturn with rings for the first time with a telescope which was really inspiring. I also enjoyed viewing the sun and seeing solar flares and sun spots... Not only that but we also saw Jupiter and the ISS flew overhead too. Wow! What an amazing evening! Thank you Al Thuraya team!

I recently had the privilege of attending a telescope observation consultation session at Dubai Astronomy Group (DAG) led by the knowledgeable and passionate Mr. Uma Hussain. As someone who has always been fascinated by the mysteries of the universe, this experience was an absolute dream come true, and it exceeded all my expectations.

Mr. Uma Hussain, my guide and expert for the evening, proved to be an invaluable resource for both beginners like myself and seasoned astronomy enthusiasts. His passion for the subject was palpable. He patiently answered every question, no matter how basic or intricate, and his depth of knowledge was truly impressive.

The highlight of the consultation session was, of course, the telescope observations. Mr. Uma Hussain skillfully guided me through the process.

I must also commend the entire staff for their dedication to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Their support and enthusiasm added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
